Questions
Which TikTok Shop file do I need?
The settlement report: Seller Center → Finances → Statements (or Payouts) → Export, then download it from Export History. It's an Excel workbook; PayoutPeek reads its Order details sheet and, when present, the statement sheet's reserve and payout columns. A CSV copy of the Order details sheet works too.
Does it work for TikTok Shop outside the US?
It's built and tested for the US settlement report. Other regions use similar columns, so many files will work, but the fee names and rates differ.
Why doesn't my TikTok payout match my sales?
Your settlement is sales plus shipping, minus fees and commissions, plus adjustments. The bank payout can differ again because TikTok holds a reserve on recently delivered orders. Our TikTok Shop fees guide walks through each line.
Do you connect to my TikTok Shop or Etsy account?
No. You download your own files and drop them in. They're processed in your browser and never sent to us.
