Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Matthew Meyers, who operates PayoutPeek ("PayoutPeek," "we," "us"). By using payoutpeek.com or subscribing to PayoutPeek Pro, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What PayoutPeek does

PayoutPeek is a web tool that reads an Etsy monthly statement file, or a TikTok Shop settlement report (PayoutPeek Multi), that you choose and organizes the figures in it: totals, fees, deposits or payouts, products and orders. The file is processed in your browser and isn't uploaded to us.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. If you use PayoutPeek for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

3. Free and Pro plans

The free plan is available without an account. PayoutPeek Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features described on our pricing page. We may change or improve features over time.

4. Billing, renewal and cancellation

5. Refunds

If PayoutPeek Pro isn't useful to you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires, but cancellation always stops future charges.

6. Your files and information

You're responsible for the files you open in PayoutPeek and for having the right to use them. Because files are processed in your browser, we don't store them and can't recover them for you. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we do handle.

7. Informational tool only

PayoutPeek organizes the numbers in the file you provide. It is not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and it isn't a substitute for your own records or a qualified professional. Results depend on the file you provide and on Etsy's and TikTok Shop's report formats, which can change. Please check important figures against your Etsy and TikTok Shop accounts.

8. Not affiliated with Etsy

PayoutPeek is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.

9. Acceptable use

Please don't: try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service; get around Pro restrictions or share paid access; copy, resell or reverse engineer the service except as the law allows; or use it for anything unlawful.

10. Our content

The PayoutPeek site, software, name and design belong to us. While your account is in good standing, we give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using PayoutPeek at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue Pro, we'll refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

12. Disclaimers

PayoutPeek is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to PayoutPeek is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $50 if you haven't paid us anything. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

14. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or PayoutPeek must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in a small-claims court with jurisdiction over it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and for significant changes we'll email subscribers in advance. Continuing to use PayoutPeek after changes take effect means you accept them.
